Once you've selected your plan, I'll send over a simple agreement and a short onboarding form. I'll collect your team's travel preferences upfront so that when the first trip comes in, I'm already set up to handle it the way you'd want.

When a trip comes up, send me a message with the details. I'll take it from there — researching options, securing the booking, and confirming everything so nothing falls through the cracks.

A Little About Me
Before launching Booked by Alex, I spent four years as a Project Manager inside a creative agency. I know what it looks like when travel logistics are an afterthought — the scramble to find hotels the week of, the time lost coordinating bookings across a team, the details that slip through when no one owns it.
That experience is exactly what shaped this service. I built it for small businesses like the ones I worked in — teams that move fast, travel often, and deserve a reliable system for it.

I primarily work over WhatsApp and email, but I'm happy to accommodate whatever communication method works best for your team. We'll figure out what makes the most sense during our intro call.

Yes. I can book flights as part of a package or business class flights on their own. For economy or domestic flights, I'm happy to discuss what makes the most sense for your team's needs. One thing to note: while I handle the booking, any issues that arise directly with the airline — delays, cancellations, rebooking — will need to be managed by your team with the airline directly. I'll always do my best to point you in the right direction.

Flex plan clients can expect a same business day response. Partner clients receive priority response, meaning I aim to get back to you within a few hours during business hours. For urgent requests, Partner clients always move to the top of the queue.

Under our agreement, all business travel is booked exclusively through me. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks and your team's preferences and history stay consistent. For annual contract clients, bookings made outside of our agreement are subject to a $75 per booking fee as outlined in the contract. This keeps things simple and makes sure you're always getting the full value of having a dedicated travel partner.
