Who am I?

Hi, I’m Alex — a travel advisor based in Maryland, originally from New Jersey, and someone who’s always planning my next adventure.

I’ve traveled to 14 countries so far, and each one has added something meaningful to my life. Some of my favorite destinations include Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bermuda, and Cape Town — places that have completely stolen my heart. Each of these places is so unique in their own way, how could I pick a favorite? 

One of my favorite parts of travel is the food. I truly believe that local cuisine shapes the entire experience of a destination. Whether it’s a fresh seafood pasta along the Amalfi Coast, tapas in a tucked-away Barcelona bar, or a casual roadside braai or farm stall in South Africa, food tells the story of a place in a way nothing else can. I love discovering new flavors and dishes — and helping my clients do the same.

I’m in a relationship with a South African, and meeting him on a cruise through the Norwegian Fjords was one of those unexpected travel moments that truly changed my perspective and the course of my life. 

These experiences, and so many others, inspired me to start this business — because I believe travel has the power to change lives, and I want to help others have those once-in-a-lifetime experiences too.

  •  Yes—my full itinerary planning service includes a planning fee, which covers destination research, proposal creation, bookings, and a fully customized itinerary. Hotel bookings, cruise bookings, and destination consultations may be complimentary or priced separately depending on the service. I’ll always outline fees clearly upfront.

  •  Everything from destination research, flight and hotel options, and ground transportation to curated excursions, daily activities, and insider recommendations. I’ll create a full itinerary tailored to your interests, and I handle all the bookings so you can relax.

  •  Ideally, 3–6 months ahead for most trips, and even earlier for peak travel seasons or honeymoons. The sooner we start, the better your options (and pricing) will be!

  • Yes! I’m available to help with questions or unexpected issues that may come up while you’re traveling. You’ll never feel like you’re going it alone.

  • Yes, flight booking is included as part of my full itinerary planning service. However, if you’re using airline miles or credit card points, I typically recommend booking those flights on your own to make the most of your rewards. I’m happy to help guide you on the best routes and timing, even if you book the tickets yourself.

  • Booking through me offers personalized service and exclusive perks that go beyond standard credit card offerings. While credit cards may provide certain travel benefits, I have access to a broader range of options and can prioritize your preferences to secure the best accommodations and experiences. Additionally, I can assist you in maximizing your credit card points by advising on the best ways to use them, such as transferring points to airline partners for premium flights. This personalized approach ensures a smoother, more tailored, and VIP travel experience.
